Akpene Afi Adodoh

Akpene Afi Adodoh joined WANEP in 2003 and has since been the Executive Bilingual Secretary of the West Africa Network for Peacebuilding. She assists the directors in their daily routines and also assist the Administrative Manager in the day-to-day running of the organization and organizing its meetings and conferences. She also assists the ICT officer in this duty. She holds a BA, Political Science with Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon and a diploma in Computer Programming (Association of Computer Professionals, UK) and Computer Engineering.

While with WANEP, she has had training in Facilitation Skills, Gender and Non-violence, Leadership, advocacy and Fundraising. She has a knowledge of the USAID Record & Information System. She is a fully bilingual (French / English) and has a fair knowledge of German. Before joining WANEP, she worked with many institutions where she provided translation, and offer training in Information Technology.
