Mr. William Awinador is a Ghanaian Diplomat. He served in Ghana Embassies in Zimbabwe and France as Chargé d’Affaires before his appointment as Chef du Cabinet of ECOWAS. He is currently the Director of Africa Union / ECOWAS Bureau at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ghana.
