Chukwuemeka B. Eze

Mr. Chukwuemeka B. Eze is the Programs Director for the West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP). Before now, he served as the National Network Coordinator for WANEP-Nigeria for 7 years. He is a Ph.D. Student in Peace and Conflict Studies and also holds a Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from University of Ibadan Nigeria.

 He has a certificate in Project Leadership and Result Based Program Management. Mr. Eze has over fourteen years experience in peacebuilding and human security with very strong flair for political and community dialogue and mediation, training, researching, monitoring and analysing of conflict trends. He consults for a number of organization and institutions in West Africa and beyond including UNDP, ECOWAS, Catholic Relief Services, and Nigerian Government etc. He is leading in the development of an Early Warning System for the Government of Southern Sudan. Eze is the Deputy Registrar/Member of Governing Council for the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria and provides support to Lagos State Citizen’s Mediation Center. Eze has several articles, books, manuals and journals in peacebuilding and human security to his credit.
